About Me

Hello, I’m Saundra. I am a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist with extensive clinical experience at Relate, the NHS Sexual Health Clinic, and the NHS department of Urology.

Additionally, I have spent years working as a qualified Adult Social Worker gaining a good understanding of treatments offered within Mental Health Services.

Understanding Your Struggles

Having walked diverse paths in my career, I understand the difficulties of everyday life. My journey into therapy was born out of a personal transformation sparked by my own experiences in therapy. This led me into a career dedicated to helping others in a deeper and more meaningful way.

Continuous Growth and Development

Because I am passionate about mental health and well-being, I continually expand my knowledge and skills, from Mental Health First Aid Instructor Training, Gravity Yoga Instructor training, to Compassionate Inquiry, which is a trauma-informed practice. This commitment, enables me to provide holistic support that addresses the mind-body connection.

Specialised Therapeutic Approaches

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based practice recognised by organisations such as the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and The World Health Organization (WHO) for its effectiveness in treating trauma.
