Couples Therapy

Arguments often arise when we stop truly listening to each other, sometimes due to misunderstandings or different assumptions; however, if abuse is present, specialist domestic violence support should be sought

A lack of trust can block emotional and physical intimacy; however, with honest conversations and therapist support, couples can begin to rebuild connection.

An affair can cause distress and feelings of betrayal; however, therapy provides a safe space for couples to openly discuss and decide on their future together.

Body Image and Disordered Eating Coaching
Disordered eating takes many forms and affects people in different ways: there may not be a diagnosis. As opposed to a diagnosed eating disorder of Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, or Binge Eating Disorders. It can be physically and emotionally difficult to overcome.
The approach offered is based on training received from the NCFED. Coaching is given to look at coping strategies and practical skills to support recovery. Homework tasks are offered between sessions.
Gestalt Counselling
Gestalt Therapy offers space to better understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. With increased awareness, you can begin to recognise and address the beliefs that keep you repeating the same patterns in your relationships with yourself and others.
